Clearer decisions. Smarter strategies. Meaningful progress.

I help professionals navigate career transitions, small businesses manage technology, cybersecurity, and AI risks, businesses translate strategy into execution, and nonprofits strengthen their operations and grow their impact.

Whether you're facing a career decision, addressing a technology or risk challenge, or working to move an organization forward, I bring strategic perspective and practical expertise to help you identify what matters, determine your next steps, and move forward with confidence.

Practical expertise. Connected thinking. Clear next steps.

I'm Raphael Adeyemo, a technology, cybersecurity, risk, and AI professional with over 16 years of experience. I hold MBAs from Cornell University and Queen's University, along with the CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SSCP, and ITIL certifications. I also teach cybersecurity and risk management and work across digital leadership, mentorship, community building, and nonprofit transformation.

At 7 Hills Consulting, I bring together perspectives that are often treated separately: people and technology, strategy and execution, risk and opportunity, and leadership and organizational growth.

Beyond technology and risk advisory, I help nonprofits, churches, professional associations, and community organizations strengthen governance, improve operations, mobilize people, develop sustainable structures, and translate their mission into measurable impact. My experience includes leading an organizational turnaround that culminated in a non-profit professional association being recognized as the best community in North America in its category for 2025..

I take a structured, practical approach to every engagement. I work to understand your challenge, identify what matters most, and define actionable next steps aligned with your goals.

You get focused professional guidance, a clearly defined scope of work, and recommendations tailored to your situation, not generic advice or one-size-fits-all solutions.
